Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Grow Media Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services tailored to your business goals. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Service Cancellation

a) Ongoing Services (SEO, Ads, Maintenance, etc.)

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services by providing written notice via email at least 7–15 days before the next billing cycle. Services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused days.

b) One-Time Services (Website, Design, Setup, etc.)

Cancellation is only applicable before the project has started. Once the work has been initiated or completed, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

a) Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered if submitted within 7 days of payment and only if the service has not been initiated or delivered. Valid reasons must be provided along with supporting details.

b) Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Work has already started or been completed
  • Digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Consulting) have been executed
  • Delays caused due to lack of client communication or approvals
  • Change of mind after service initiation
  • Discounted or promotional services

c) Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted depending on the amount of work completed, resources utilized, and time invested.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us via email with your details including name, service purchased, payment information, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

4. Service Termination

Grow Media Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received, terms are violated, or misuse of services is detected. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

5. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
